{mosimage}Microsoft have finally posted a public beta for its long-awaited, multi-delayed Windows Vista OS, but be careful, as there are a few gotchas with this particular version.

• You'll need a DVD burner or Virtual PC ...


• It dies in 2007, well, it is a beta after all.


• Once it's there you can't go back and you won't be able to upgrade it to the full when it comes out.


• It doesn't come without it's share of warts. The Vista Beta 2 Release Notes might be worth bookmarking.
